liblatex-tom-perl software package provides A module for parsing, analyzing and manipulating latex documents, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblatex-tom-perl
liblatex-tom-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblatex-tom-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblatex-tom-perl *
You will get with liblatex-tom-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
